1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for products that have been personalized, used, damaged after delivery, or are part of clearance sales.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Provide photos of the issue for faster resolution.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@Zamrud.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the process.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item shipped).

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for eligible products of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid before processing.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement unless they have already been processed or customized.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us.
